Job summary

Domino's Pizza in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver great customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

You will lead shifts, train staff, handle orders and cash, ensure food safety, monitor inventory, and support the General Manager with scheduling and store goals. Supervisory experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
