Responsibilities

• Manage and build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist with in-shop accounting functions including cash handling and reporting.
• Ensure equipment is operational and inventory is managed.
• Maintain high shop sanitation and provide exceptional customer service.
