Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Minnesota who will lead a high-energy team to ensure guests leave happy. The role involves staffing, training, and driving sales while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include managing cost controls, inventory, and labor, with opportunities to rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas to develop broad leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (subject to local law).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an AOI in one area and rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom over time.
