CEC Entertainment, LLC in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team at Chuck E. Cheese. You’ll make daily staffing and guest-service decisions while driving sales and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

You will own an Area of Impact across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom and mentor teammates to meet company standards. 40-hour weeks, 21+ age, and prior people management are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience managing people, preferably in food service.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift 0-50 pounds and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom over time.
