CEC Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team in a high-energy family entertainment environment. You will guide staff to ensure guest satisfaction, quality service, and safe operations across multiple AOI areas including Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.

You will coach employees, manage scheduling, and drive sales while upholding al all safety and cleanliness standards. This role demands strong communication, integrity, and the ability to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience managing people in food service OR six months as Opening Coordinator.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Age 21+ (depends on local law for alcohol service).

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, finance, and labor management.
• Own an AOI area and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
