Burger King® Assistant Manager at Carrols LLC leads shifts, coaches Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and upholds brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and profit.

You'll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver operational excellence, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality. This hands-on leadership role offers growth through development programs and opportunities within the organization.

Formación

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators.
• Maintain BK brand standards and guest service quality.
• Support profitability by inventory and asset management, and safe operations.
• Collaborate with the RGM to drive sales and labor efficiency.
