This hands-on role focuses on people development while achieving sales growth and efficient operations. You will lead shifts, monitor guest experiences, manage inventory and assets, and ensure strong cash control.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to ensure standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, orders, and assets; uphold cash control and security protocols.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Balance people development with operational discipline to grow leadership impact.
