You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to uphold BK® brand standards, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• Strong communication and team-motivating skills.
• At least 18 years old with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to make timely, confident decisions while upholding company standards.
