Job summary

Burger King® is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold BK brand standards. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and strong financial results.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced settings, a people-first mindset, and the ability to make timely decisions to improve operations and service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Develop and support your people through coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and cash control.
