Domino's Pizza in Washington Township, NJ is looking for a dependable Assistant Manager to help lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. The role includes management training and opportunities to advance to General Manager based on performance and availability. Health insurance and a 401(k) plan may be provided subject to eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
