Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with growth opportunities through management training and advancement based on performance and available positions.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.

• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
