Zaxbys is expanding its team in Tuscaloosa, AL, seeking an Assistant Manager to run daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. You will train staff, schedule shifts, uphold quality and safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work 5 days a week and 32–48 hours.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
• Leadership qualities and ability to coach and develop team.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards.
• Supervise and mentor team members and provide coaching.
• Create and adjust schedules per company policy and local laws.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, food safety, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Report performance and manage issues with the General Manager.
