Job summary

CEC Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team at Chuck E. Cheese, driving guest satisfaction and efficient restaurant operations.

You’ll oversee scheduling, training, safety, and store performance while rotating through AOIs to ensure standards across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas. The role requires 40 hours weekly, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of people-management experience, preferably in food service.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI (Area of Impact) and rotate through the Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas.
