You will supervise staff, help with hiring and onboarding, manage inventories, and maintain cleanliness and safety of the store across shifts. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties as needed.
