Dandy-Mini-Mart in LeRaysville, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead TEAM Members in our fast and fun retail environment.

You will oversee customer service, communicate store operations and scheduling with the Store Manager, and be prepared to assume Store Manager duties when needed. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet apps.
• Experience in managerial responsibilities preferred.
• Two years retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate TEAM Members to deliver customer service.
• Communicate store operations and scheduling with the Store Manager.
• Prepare to cover Store Manager duties during absence.
