Job summary

Dandy-Mini-Mart in Sayre, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store #17 at 244 Spring Street. The role is full-time with a starting rate of $16.50 per hour.

You will support the Store Manager, lead TEAM Members, and ensure excellent customer service across all store operations. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to cover Store Manager responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and will be required to complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and positivity for your TEAM and help provide excellent customer service for guests in all areas of their Dandy experience.
• Communicate well with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions.
• Prepare to cover any and/or all Store Manager responsibilities in the event of the Store Manager’s absence.
