Dandy in Sayre, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead TEAM members and support the Store Manager in a fast and fun environment. Starting rate is $16.50/hr with weekly pay and opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities include leading staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and covering Store Manager duties when needed. Strong Microsoft Office skills and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and positivity for your TEAM and help provide excellent customer service for guests in all areas of your Dandy experience.
• Communicate well with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions.
• Prepare to cover any and/or all Store Manager responsibilities in the event of the Store Manager’s absence.
