Job summary

Dandy-Mini-Mart is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead TEAM Members and support the Store Manager in a fast-paced, fun retail environment. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, scheduling, training, and potential elevation to Store Manager responsibilities.

Starting rate is $17.00/hr with weekly pay and a 3rd shift differential. Two years of retail experience is preferred and physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting.

Qualifications

• What you’ll need: High School Diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook, and ability to assume managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and positivity for the TEAM and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other functions.
• Prepare to cover Store Manager responsibilities in the event of the Store Manager’s absence.
