Job summary

Dandy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead TEAM Members and support the Store Manager in a fast, fun retail environment, delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager on operations, scheduling, training, and staff performance, and be prepared to step in for the Store Manager when needed. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on involvement in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and positivity for your TEAM and help provide excellent customer service for guests.
• Communicate with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training.
• Prepare to cover Store Manager responsibilities in the event of the Store Manager’s absence.
