White House Black Market in Houston is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes team development, sales leadership, and store operations, including inventory and daily floor replenishment, with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around store floor and stockroom, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management and replenishment.
