Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program and drive performance alongside a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support leadership training and participate in store leadership development programs.
