Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help run daily restaurant operations. You will lead and mentor staff, ensure high standards of service and food safety, and partner with the GM to manage labor costs and inventories.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar food/hospitality role with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team and deliver great guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving focus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage inventory and enforce food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership to achieve sales targets and resolve guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment and implement improvements.
