Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, sales strategy and people development in our Gilroy location.

You will open/close, supervise the floor and stockroom, plan staffing and payroll, train non‑management staff, maintain visual displays, and drive brand standards.

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

• Open and close store daily.

• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect assets and manage inventory.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
