The role emphasizes recruiting and developing a high-performing team while promoting from within and upholding the brand values. Starts at $24/hour.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and brand standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Open and close routines and supervise store operations.
• Oversee salesfloor and stockroom to ensure service and efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll processes.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand standards to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and planograms.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions and protect assets.
• Operate register/ POS and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
