Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring an Assistant Manager in Los Angeles to fuse business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership. You will drive sales through analysis, coaching, and executing floor plans while ensuring top customer service.

You will lead staffing, training, and engagement, and you will implement floorset updates and product knowledge to elevate the brand experience. This role promotes from within based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Demonstrate drive, communication, interpersonal skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
