Qualifications

• Commitment to guest experience, BK® standards, and ongoing learning and growth

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring cash control & security protocols
