Carrols Corporation is hiring a Burger King® Assistant Manager in Amory, MS. The AM will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive restaurant performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results.

You’ll lead shifts, coach staff, uphold quality and safety standards, and balance development with operational discipline. You’ll also work to improve guest experiences, support profitability, and contribute to growth within the organization.

Formación

• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments preferred
• Strong communication and team motivation skills
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Commitment to guest experience and brand standards
• Ability to make timely decisions and balance people development with operations

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and supervise front-line team members
• Coach and develop Team Members and Shift Coordinators
• Maintain BK brand standards and safe, clean operations
• Support profitability through efficient inventory management and asset control
