The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, multitasking skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, Insurance, Food Handler's Certificate, and TABC.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff and shift leads.
• Oversee food preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Promote sales and upselling opportunities; participate in local marketing efforts.
