Marco’s Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager in Texas to lead a team, uphold product quality and excellent service, and drive sales while controlling costs. You will develop staff, train on policies, and support HR functions like scheduling and performance feedback.

With responsibilities spanning inventory, sanitation, and store promotions, you’ll contribute to a world-class operation and help the restaurant hit weekly KPIs while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Drive store sales and control costs; manage P&L to profitability.
• Assist with HR tasks including scheduling, performance feedback and communications.
• Train team on processes, policies and customer service standards.
• Maintain inventory par levels and ordering; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
