Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a motivated, dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant team. This hands-on leadership role partners with the General Manager to uphold standards and deliver a great guest experience.

You’ll coach staff, manage shifts, ensure food quality and safety, and maintain store cleanliness while promoting a positive work environment. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Has previous restaurant or leadership experience, preferred but not required.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Can lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the restaurant team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure proper staffing and efficient restaurant operations during shifts.
• Monitor ticket times, order accuracy, food quality, and service.
• Jump in wherever needed during busy periods.
• Ensure opening, shift-change, and closing procedures are completed correctly.
• Communicate important information to the General Manager.
