With at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience and a willingness to start shifts at 4 am, you’ll mentor teammates, coordinate training, and uphold Dunkin’s standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience required.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to start at 4 am and maintain open availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Support local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Provide performance coaching and training to team members.
