• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of Crew Members and Shift Leaders as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Support development of team members through cross training, deployment, and delegation of responsibilities.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance and address concerns promptly.
• Promote guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and upholding brand standards and cleanliness.
• Complete training including ServSafe certification.
