Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and guest experience in our San Antonio restaurant. You’ll supervise a 4-12 staff, handle scheduling, training for events, and assist with inventory and product ordering. Strong communication and basic computer POS skills are expected to keep operations smooth.

We offer role variety with day/evening/weekend shifts and opportunities to grow within the Subway brand. This is a full/part-time position based on location.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assisting in planning events and promotions, coordinating any required training.
• Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed.
