Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Candidates must be available to work on weekends and holidays as part of their regular schedule.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in hiring and leading the team to provide best guest experience.
• Use operational tools for achieving operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Store Manager for local marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Drive implementation of company programs through action planning.

Skills
