Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold standards. You will coach team members, schedule shifts, and enforce food safety and compliance while driving performance toward quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
