Zaxbys is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest experiences meet our standards. You will supervise team members, coach performance, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures while driving a positive work culture.

This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules, while upholding food safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Open availability to work 5 days and 32-48 hours per week.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Supervise and coach team members to meet guest expectations and maintain service quality.
• Create and maintain effective work schedules following company standards and local laws.
• Ensure food safety, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Escalate performance or safety concerns to the General Manager when needed.
