Job summary

GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations. You will coach Shift Leaders, support hiring, and ensure a guest-focused experience while upholding food safety and brand standards.

Grow into future leadership roles as you develop teams, drive profitability through strong execution, and model accountability in a fast-paced Wingstop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.
• Experience in restaurant leadership and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
