• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Hire, manage and direct staff; provide 3+ weeks of leadership training.
• Participate in ongoing career and leadership development and training.
