Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• In charge of hiring, managing and directing of associates; ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
