Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates; contribute to the store’s success.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks of store leadership training provided by Panda Express.
