You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for advancement within the Panda Restaurant Group. Flexibility to work various shifts and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store; hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and support store team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Complete and participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for advancement.
