Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, weekends and holidays, as business demands.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store. Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the in-store leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
• Support store leadership with ongoing development and adherence to company policies.
