Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations to meet financial goals.

You will complete a three‑plus week leadership training program, hire and coach associates, and have access to a broad benefits package and ongoing career development with opportunities to advance.

This role requires flexibility to work openings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food service.
• Support achievement of financial goals and store metrics.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
