Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive operations, guest satisfaction, and financial results. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, uphold standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, and take ownership of daily performance.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast‑paced environments

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth

• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring cash controls
