Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced outdoor site with a 10–15 person team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a clean, safe operation.

You will split time between hands-on supervision, scheduling, and limited administrative duties, with an emphasis on teamwork, problem solving, and continuous training to develop staff toward higher-level management roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees, creating a culture of teamwork and fun.
• Work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
