Carrols LLC in Indiana is seeking a Burger King® Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness and safety standards. You’ll partner with the RGM to deliver operational excellence and strong financial results.

As an AM, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage labor, and support growth within a fast-paced environment while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Maintain BK brand standards, foster improvements, and lead hands-on operations.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, orders, assets, and cash control.
