Windsor Fashions is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for our Oxon Hill, MD location. You will support the store leadership team and drive productivity in sales, shrink, payroll and expenses while coaching a fashion-loving team of Stylists.

You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer service, on-brand experience, and adherence to company standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or service industry.
• Ability to coach and develop a high performing team of Stylists.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
