You will drive profitable sales, oversee customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development while collaborating with leadership to execute store strategy.

You’ll guide and coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through customer-centric strategies.
