The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and delivering a safe, fun, and clean venue. Prior supervisory experience in food service is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must work 40 hours per week.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old; local laws may affect alcohol service eligibility.
• Minimum of one year managing people, preferably in food service, or six months as Opening Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate your team to meet company and guest expectations and drive sales.
