Job summary

Carrols LLC, in partnership with Burger King, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Statesville, NC to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness and safety while driving sales and profitability.

Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver operational excellence and strong guest satisfaction, in a hands-on role that rewards ownership, clear communication, and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Develop and support your people by coaching team members to build skills.
• Lead strong operations by upholding BK brand standards and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders, and cash control.
